Additional victim added in child sexual assault case

Staff report
Updated December 19, 2023: Lee went to trial on the original charges of sexual battery on a person under 12 and was acquitted. Regarding the charges added in 2022 (the subject of this article), he entered a plea of nolo contendere to a charge of aggravated battery with intent to commit a felony, and the charges of sexual battery and lewd/lascivious behavior on a victim under 12 were dropped. Lee served one year and one week in state prison and is currently serving three years and 11 months of probation.
Patric J’Kwaun Lee, who just turned 18 in May, is facing additional charges of sexual battery on a child under 12 after a new victim was identified.
Lee was first arrested when he was 17, then charged as an adult last August with three counts of sexual battery or attempt with injury on a person under 12 by a person under 18. Each charge carries a potential life sentence. Now the State Attorney has filed charges involving another victim, based on the testimony of a victim in the original case, for sexual battery on a child under 12 by a person under 18 and lewd and lascivious molestation on a person under 12 by a person under 18.
Lee is being held on a total of $3,000,000 bail.
Articles about arrests are based on reports from law enforcement agencies. The charges listed are taken from the arrest report and/or court records and are only accusations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Finally, appropriate bail…
Appropriate yes, however why hasn’t this bail been a thing. Yes I’m going to say in my opinion it has to do with his race. I have yet to see someone like my ex step father with any bail like that. The bail of that substantial amount should pertain to anyone in that same situation.
My thoughts exactly !
Should they chemically castrate monsters like this?
