City of Alachua to consider zoning and land use ordinances at March 28 meeting

The Alachua City Commission will hold a meeting a 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 28 in the James A. Lewis Commission Chambers, 15100 NW 142nd Terrace, Alachua.

The following ordinances will be considered:

ORDINANCE 22-03

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ALACHUA, FLORIDA, RELATING TO THE AMENDMENT OF THE CITY’S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AMENDING THE CITY’S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO ADD A PROPERTY RIGHTS ELEMENT; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
