Homeless woman arrested for mooning woman at carwash
Staff report
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Jennifer Gayle Reese, 46, was arrested yesterday for allegedly pulling down her pants and raising her shirt on a public sidewalk.
At about 9:52 a.m. on September 24, a Gainesville Police Department officer responded to a report of indecent exposure near the Gallo Car Wash (3020 NW 13th Street) and found Reese, who matched the description provided, in a nearby parking lot.
Reese reportedly denied exposing herself, but a witness who drove by and saw the officer with Reese said that Reese was the person she had seen exposing herself.
The witness said she was driving out of the carwash when Reese approached on the sidewalk; she said she tried to wave Reese on, but Reese said no, so she moved forward to turn onto the street. She said that when she turned to look for oncoming traffic, she saw Reese pull down her pants and underwear and lift up her top, exposing her breasts and genitals.
Reese, whose address is listed as GRACE Marketplace, has been charged with indecent exposure of sexual organs. Her full criminal history is unavailable, but she has three local misdemeanor convictions (non-violent) and was found incompetent to proceed with a trespassing case in 2017; her local record does not show any arrests between 2017 and yesterday, but she was arrested multiple times in Broward County over that period. Judge Adam Lee set bail at $50,000.
Articles about arrests are based on reports from law enforcement agencies. The charges listed are taken from the arrest report and/or court records and are only accusations. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Good Ole Grace Marketplace. It could’ve been a good thing.
The city commission doesn’t want to hear that it’s one of their finest from Grace. They’ll ignore it just like the 20 recordings of concerned U.F. parents that are worried about the students having to deal with houseless Grace guests doing what they do around campus.
Another one of the fine homeless people you spend our tax dollars attracting to Gainesville.
Nasty
I won’t beat around the bush — this was really disgusting.
