July 7 Alachua County Development Review Committee Meeting

ALACHUA COUNTY, Fla. – The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. Masks for vulnerable citizens are strongly recommended.
The Committee will take public comment in person only. The public may view the meeting on Cox Cable Channel 12 and the County’s Video on Demand website.

Abiding Faith Church Parking – This is a Revised Final Development Plan to convert existing gravel parking to paved parking area totaling 12,019 sq. ft. of asphalt pavement on approximately 5.01 acres. Gainesville Area Rowing Facility – This is a Revised Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit for the replat of Lot 38 in Ridgemont Subdivision to update setbacks to allow for an accessory setback of 7.5 feet in the rear yard.
