DESCRIPTION:Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity increasingly are part of our everyday work life. Learn to navigate this evolving technology landscape and provide effective leadership at a free program titled “AI\, Cybersecurity\, Leadership\, OH MY!” \nThe Digital Health Information Technology Education Summit will be held 9 a.m. to noon on March 15\, 2024\, at Santa Fe College’s Blount Hall\, 530 W. University Ave. The summit is presented by Santa Fe College’s Health Information Technology program\, in collaboration with the college’s Business Programs\, Information Technology Education\, Emerging Technologies and the Northeast Florida Health Information Management Association (NFHIMA). \nThe summit is open to all industry sectors and is designed to help participants address the question: “Where will you be in 10 years?”  Students\, educators\, business and community leaders are invited to participate. \n\n\n\n\nThe program will address: \n  \nAdvertisement\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAI Leadership Strategies\nCybersecurity Strategies\nFuture Workforce Skills and\nEducation programs to support workforce skills\n\nTwo one-hour sessions will focus on technology trends followed by discussion among the audience and industry leaders. DESCRIPTION:The winter holidays will get an early start when the Santa Fe Singers\, with the Gainesville Youth Chorus as special guests\, perform “Songs of the Season” on Friday\, Nov. 17\, at 7:30 p.m. in the Jackson N. Sasser Fine Arts Hall at the Northwest Campus of Santa Fe College (SF)\, 3000 NW 83rd Street\, Gainesville. \nTickets are $15 for adults; $9 for seniors\, students\, military service members and children 12 and under; and free for SF students\, faculty\, and staff with college ID cards. Tickets are available from the Fine Arts Hall box office at 352-395-4181 or online from Showpass at: https://www.showpass.com/songs-of-the-season-2/. \nThe winter holidays include Christmas\, Hanukkah\, Kwanzaa\, and more. Co-directors of the Santa Fe Singers\, SF Adjunct Associate Professors of Music Mitchell Rorick and April Basiletti\, are developing a musically diverse program that will include classical choral music\, Hebrew folksongs\, and popular music. \n\n\n\n\nThe Gainesville Youth Chorus Concert Choir and Concertina Choir will perform as special guests\, singing separately and together with the Santa Fe Singers. The Chorus’s choirs feature the voices of young people ages 7 to 17.
