Children’s Trust and Cade Museum present Lights on Afterschool October 28

Children’s Trust of Alachua County will celebrate National Lights on Afterschool at the Cade Museum from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m on Thursday, October 28.

Lights on Afterschool is the only nationwide event celebrating afterschool programs and their important role in the lives of children, families, and communities. The event will feature free entrance to the Cade Museum, refreshments, fun creative activities, and afterschool providers. District 20 Representative Yvonne Hayes Hinson will be a special guest.

The program starts at 3:30 p.m. The Cade Museum is located at 811 S. Main St. in Gainesville.
