73-year-old Gainesville man fatally injured in motorcycle accident

A 73-year-old Gainesville man was fatally injured today in a motorcycle accident.
At 5:25 p.m., a motorcycle traveling eastbound on Hawthorne Road near Newnan’s Lake ran off the roadway into the median. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
