Love to see the live action, progressive $0ci@li$t, MMA ring fight between those 2 idiots. If they sold tickets and donated the proceeds to needed infrastructure — roads — the voting idiots wouldn’t have to vote an extra penny tax for their pet projects.
You know Jake, you’re gonna catch some flak with this one. You’re doing something right — pun intended.
The nut bags are Jake and the AC regulars:
“Six in 10 Americans disapprove of the job ICE is doing, while about 3 in 10 approve.”

“According to studies evaluating internal DHS and ICE records, only about 5% of all ICE book-ins have ever had a violent criminal conviction, while nearly half of detainees have no criminal convictions or pending charges.”

As always, it depends on who’s being polled.

Pretty broad brush for those so politically biased they pretend not to notice the colors.
Rebellion or Insurrection
Federal law separately criminalizes participating in or assisting any rebellion or insurrection against federal authority. Like seditious conspiracy, it does not require a foreign enemy. A conviction carries up to 10 years in prison and permanently bars the person from holding any federal office.10
Where’s Kat Kammack? She should admonish the city and county and report this to state and federal authorities…that’s what you’re supposed to do if you’re an American 🇺🇸 citizen..

The County & C of G are providing aid and comfort…
I don’t have a spare second…
can someone in the Republican Party contact Cat and have her state her position on this?
I think there’s enough said in the BOCC public meetings with the “special status” thing to convict Prizzia.
Please explain Jan 6 consequences then!
That was a rebellious insurrection if ever there was one. Your inability to comprehend that makes everything you say nonsensical.
Envy…show us a single conviction for ‘insurrection’. Show us. Even with all of the lawfare thrown at people who peacefully assembled (not counting the criminals who rioted and harmed police) there wasn’t one single conviction of ‘insurrection’. Stop regurgitating DNC talking points. We had to listen to ‘Russia collusion’ lies for four years and ‘insurrection’ for another five. Give us a break. If you TRULY think it was an insurrection, have the J6 committee release ALL of their notes and data. Oh wait…you can’t…because they destroyed them. Hmmmm. Sure sounds like they were on the up and up.
Women’s voting rights should have come with an asterisk, a mental qualifying clause.
Another reason I am glad I left that county years ago. To many dysfunctional people who call themselves leaders.
Vote RED instead.
They are losing the black vote, and replacing it with the immigrant vote.
Without the minority vote the left has no chance.
They pretend to fight for the less fortunate and needy, when in reality they use this to obtain grants and funds through which they enrich themselves, friends and families by making them to vehicle through which the funds are supposed to reach those in need, but only do enough to take a few pictures and say look at the impact we are making.
They ought to fit all those commi-commissioners with ankle bracelets like that fraud Texas attorney Candice Patrick who broke into those people’s home the other day looking for her “magic wand” on magic mushrooms 🍄 …
..Meshawn Rawls ROR’d her and she should have had to post a $10,000 bond for something like that…
At least an ankle bracelet..what do you say common sense? I think she’s getting special treatment…
Do you think her charges will mysteriously disappear and be dropped because of her gender & race like Rawls? I do.
No, Rawls is by the book, it’s not based on gender and race, its based on the laws for bail and her lack of criminal history.
Secondly if the charges mysteriously disappear that means the police or state attorney messed up.
As for the ankle bracelet, this is used when the crime may be serious, but the need for pre-trial incarceration is minimal, so they use the bracelet to keep track.
The reason I believe she was released on recognizance is due to the fact that she is a lawyer, if she fails to appear, she may very well lose her bar license in Texas.
She has to much to lose to not show up. Remember right now her entire career is on the line.
But common sense, I know of people who have done nothing and had to wear an ankle bracelet… don’t you know anyone who was innocent and had to wear one? I do..
Common sense, I’m not buying your argument there’s some funny biz with her Texas license, I don’t see where she can practice in federal court. I checked where she graduated…she may be a grifter like that Zion guy who had phoney baloney resume… she was from out of state…she should have had to post a minimum bond.
Both Texas and the state where she is licensed needs to be notified of the crime she committed here in Florida..
A lot of people with no criminal history ( done nothing).?
I wore one for almost two years, and then won the case in self-defense.
The judge put it on me because everyone made it seem like I was some crazy guy.
When the trial came and all the witnesses got caught lying on the stand and the prosecutor was exposed for trying to push a bs case.
I was exonerated.
as for the license, what I meant is that she is a licensed attorney in Texas, probably at the state level not federal because when I check her website, she appears to be a template attorney (contracts, NDA’s, etc).
Shes the type of lawyer you call when you need a contract drawn up or want to make sure all your paperwork to start a business is correct.
When you are an attorney that is bar licensed, getting arrested, charged and convicted regardless of what state it was in, when you go back home, if the bar gets wind of it, you will have to appear for some form of disciplinary hearing, this is my general understanding.
Get on YouTube and search Florida Bar Attorney Discipline Hearings and you will be absolutely amazed at some of the things you see.
If convicted I’m sure she will have to appear before the Texas Bar in the same manner.
Its like if a cop goes to another state and gets arrested, when he gets back home he’s going to have some explaining to do to his command staff.
As long as she didn’t injure anyone, I would have given her ROR as well, knowing that if she is dumb enough to not show up to court, she is basically throwing away her career, because when the Texas Bar finds out about this, their will be at least a hearing to determine if disciplinary action is needed.
Do we have enough to file charges against the county & city commissioners for trying to circumnavigate federal law? It’s organized, so it racketeering…
Where’s Kat Kammack?
I went to her website once to contact her and the contact thing didn’t work…I left a message, and they never called me back..
They took an oath to uphold the US constitution…do we have enough to have them removed from office yet?
Bull, the system doesn’t work unless you force it to work.
You have to be persistent and diligent and have patience.
Unless you are rich and powerful, its easier for them to ignore you and just hope you go away.
This is a harsh reality.
Where’s Kat Kammack? She should admonish the city and county and report this to state and federal authorities…that’s what you’re supposed to do if you’re an American 🇺🇸 citizen..
Prizzia wanted to avoid “Indecision is just decision in slow motion — toward no.”
Given the vindictive overlords in Tallahassee making sure sheriff and legal staff had input is prudent.
Standing up for and with our neighbors is important.
Prizzia may wind up in jail, so she’s being very careful what she says know…
I think it’s too late and the Feds & state can snatch up both the city & county commissioners at any time for acting against state & federal government…
that Jan 6 insurrection thing was BS!
