Alachua County Public Schools hosting job fair on Saturday for a variety of positions

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Alachua County Public Schools is hosting a job fair for a variety of full- and part-time jobs on Saturday, May 20. Jobs are available for people with a wide range of experience and educational backgrounds, including first-time job seekers. Interviews and hiring will be conducted on the spot, and no registration is required.

The fair will be held at Gainesville High School, which is located at 1900 NW 13th Street. Interviews for teaching positions will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., while interviews for support staff positions, including classroom aides, bus drivers, facilities staff, custodians, food service, and other jobs will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Information about pay and benefits will also be provided at the fair. Those benefits include high-quality health insurance that’s paid for by the district for most individual employees.
