AM/FM Festival returns bigger in year 2, featuring 27 local acts on 3 downtown stages

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The AM/FM Festival is back again for the second year in a row, following its revival from a 10-year hiatus. After last year’s success of around 600 attendees throughout the event, the festival will be in Downtown Gainesville on Feb. 22. This year, the festival will feature 27 local acts across its three stages: The Bull, Loosey’s, and How Bazar. 

The AM/FM Festival’s all-local lineup was curated with the help of 13 local music organizations to reflect Gainesville’s diverse music scene. From indie and jazz to hip-hop and experimental, the festival represents the sound of Gainesville in 2026 and showcases both emerging and established local talent. 

After its successful return, AM/FM Festival strives to continue creating accessible performance opportunities. This year, we’re bringing together local musicians, nonprofits, and local businesses to fully represent Gainesville’s creative landscape.

Admission is FREE for all ages.
