The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. Masks are strongly encouraged when social distancing is not possible.
The Committee will take public comment in person only. The public may view the meeting on the County’s Video on Demand website.

Jonesville Business Park Planned Development – Steeplechase Shopping Center, Phase 3 – This Revised Final Development Plan would allow for an expansion to the existing Steeplechase Shopping Center. Located on Tax Parcel Numbers 04341-001-001 and 04341-001-013 at 14075 N.W. Second Lane. This project has been deferred by staff.
Grand Oaks Cluster Subdivision Planned Development – Lots 13-15 – This Revised Final Development Plan and Replat would allow for the reconfiguration of three existing platted lots.
