Arrests suspended for Child Support cases

James Nilon, Chief Judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit, has issued an Administrative Order suspending arrests for Writs of Bodily Attachment from the Department of Revenue for Child Support cases.
The order took effect at noon on April 8 and will continue through midnight on May 28, 2020.
Writs of Bodily Attachment remain active and valid.
