The Construction Manager Contract was approved by the Board on November 7, 2023, with Parrish-McCall Constructors, Inc., Gainesville, Florida. This amendment clarifies the Owner’s property insurance coverage and the Construction Manager’s Builder’s Risk Requirements. (Eunice)
    • 2. Amendment Number One (1) for SBAC Project A1905 – Littlewood Elementary School Redesign and Redevelopment. The Architect Agreement was approved by the Board on May 2, 2023, with Harvard Jolly Architects, Orlando, Florida. This amendment decreases the Basic Fee Percentage from 6.38% to 6.085%, resulting in a savings of $98,246.88. (Eunice)
