BANCF Fall Parade of Homes to showcase 11 new homes over the next two weekends

ALACHUA COUNTY, Fla. – The 2024 Fall Parade of HomesTM, sponsored by the Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF), will showcase 11 beautiful new homes in 9 neighborhoods throughout Alachua County on October 5- 6 and 12-13.
The Parade offers an opportunity for the community to preview the newest housing trends and decorative styles. Parade attendees will discover the latest home products, services, and energy-efficient designs.

Admission is free to the 2024 Fall Parade thanks to our builders and sponsors. Directions, floor plans, and descriptions of all homes can be found in the official Parade Magazine available in each of the homes or online at BANCF.com. Hours are noon to 5 p.m. each day.
