Bread of the Mighty raises over $33,000 at Bourbon & Brisket event

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – On September 26, Bread of the Mighty (BOTM), a branch of Feeding Northeast Florida (FNEFL), hosted its annual Bourbon & Brisket event, presented by Morgan & Morgan. The event featured an elevated evening of bold spirits, guided whiskey tastings, delicious bites, exclusive giveaways, and wonderful company, including over fifteen sponsors, to raise funds for the food bank –– all in a warm, intimate setting. 

More than 100 people joined Bread of the Mighty and Feeding Northeast Florida staff, friends, and volunteers at the event that took place at The Alchemy Club (602 S. Main St. in Gainesville). The evening was a great success –– resulting in raising more than $33,000, which equates to more than 198,147 meals.
