Buchholz High School spreads Holiday Joy through BHS Holiday Snowcase Performance

Press release from Buchholz High School Drama

Singers, dancers, musicians, and actors showcase their talents and perform some of your holiday favorites. Buchholz High School Drama students have collaborated to put on the largest locally streamed Holiday Performance this season! This trifecta of magic will leave your family feeling the joys that this season brings.

BHS Holiday Snowcase features many holiday favorites including; “Jingle Bell Rock,” “Sister  Winter,” “It’s the Most  Wonderful  Time of the  Year,” “Santa Baby,” “Silver Bells,” “Rocking  Around  The Christmas  Tree,” “Silent Night,” “White Christmas,” “Candy Cane Lane,” “Baby It’s Cold Outside,” “Carol Of  The Bells,” and “Once Upon  A  December.”

Student director and producer Jason Heffington said, “Snowcase has been an exciting project for me since students from the drama and chorus departments are all coming together for a holiday extravaganza. From almost 10 different camera angles, we hope the audience gets the best holiday experience!”

BHS Holiday Snowcase streams December 14 through December 24 and is one of BHS Drama’s largest fundraisers of the year. Students volunteer their time and talent to put on this phenomenal show while providing a wonderful holiday event for the community.

The streaming process will be very similar to an Amazon Video rental. The cost is $10 to access a streaming link, and the link will be available for 48 hours. More info can be found here: https://www.buchholzdrama.com/snowcase.

Piesano’s Restaurant is also a huge supporter of BHS Drama and annually partners with the Snowcase production so that families can order dinner from either their Tower Road or Millhopper locations to make it an at-home dinner theater experience. Mention BHS Drama on Dec. 15, 16, 19, or 21, and 20% of all sales goes to support BHS Drama.

We also thank Electronics World for being a program sponsor of the BHS Holiday Snowcase.
