Canadian musician Kathleen Edwards to perform at Heartwood Soundstage on Jan. 17

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Kathleen Edwards, a 7-time Juno Award-nominated, Polaris Prize short-listed singer and songwriter, will perform Friday, January 17, in the listening room at Heartwood Soundstage. Edwards swirls together alt-country, folk, and heartland rock & roll. It’s a sound that has earned its creator Top 40 success on both sides of the Canadian/American border and even several performances on “Late Night with David Letterman.” 

The show will kick off with a performance by opener Lauren Morrow, a Nashville-based, Atlanta-raised singer-songwriter known for her soprano voice and vulnerable vibrato.

This performance will take place on Friday, January 17, seated in the listening room at Heartwood Soundstage, 619 S. Main Street. Doors open at 7 p.m., music begins at 8 p.m. Early bird tickets and more information are available at heartwoodsoundstage.com
