Chamber of Commerce seeks participants for focus groups

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The University of Florida Bureau of Economic and Business Research (BEBR) is launching an important regional study focused on identifying the real-world barriers to economic development across North Central and Northeast Florida — and your voice matters.
As part of this effort, BEBR is seeking professionals and industry leaders to participate in a series of virtual focus groups designed to better understand the challenges businesses face when trying to grow, expand, and compete.
Who Should Participate?
BEBR is looking for individuals who are deeply familiar with their company’s growth opportunities and obstacles in the following sectors:
- Administrative & Support / Waste Management
- Finance & Insurance
- Health Care & Social Assistance
- Information (IT & Technology)
- Management of Companies & Enterprises
- Manufacturing (including Aerospace, Defense, Biopharma, MedTech, CleanTech, and IT)
- Professional, Scientific & Technical Services
- Real Estate, Rental & Leasing
- Wholesale Trade (including Distribution & eCommerce)
Note: These categories are broad — if your work aligns with any of these industries, your perspective is valuable.
