GAINESVILLE, Fla. – In observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday, city offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 16.

RTS bus service

RTS is providing holiday service Jan. 17, which runs between 7 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., on routes 1, 2, 5, 8, 10, 13, 15, 16, 20, 26, 35, 43, 75, and 711. Please visit www.go-rts.com for more information.

Curbside collection

Residential curbside collection for garbage, recycling, and yard trash will not be picked up on the holiday, and will delayed by one day for the rest of the week.
