City Commissioner David Arreola to host next Telephone Town Hall
Press release from City of Gainesville
City Commissioner David Arreola will host a one-hour telephone town hall Thursday, July 30, at 7:15 p.m. for District 3 residents and all Gainesville neighbors. He’ll be joined by several of the City’s charter officers to answer questions from callers about renters’ rights, equity matters, and other topics, including the COVID-19 pandemic.
Neighbors with landlines who would like to receive an automated call back at the time of the event Thursday are encouraged to register in advance through this link. Registration for a call back closes two hours before the town hall begins. Callers also can dial in at 1-888-886-6602 to ask questions, share comments or simply listen in once the event begins. Invite your friends to join us and learn more.
The telephone town hall will be streamed live on Facebook, the City of Gainesville website and on COX Cable Channel 12 and will be archived online. Visit us online for updates and answers to frequently asked questions about COVID-19.

Bet he won’t discuss the astronomical high utility rates or property tax rates for residents. His king Poe hasn’t given him permission.
He’s not really concerned about taxes and utilities anyway. His momma pays his bills.
Renters rights before landlord (taxpayer) rights ? Rents will be going
Up!!
Got that right! Once again their hypocrisy rises…so much for their “affordable’ housing plans.
