City of Alachua elections to be held Tuesday, April 9

ALACHUA, Fla. – All registered voters in the City of Alachua can go to one of three polling places on Tuesday, April 9, to elect a City Commission Seat 5 representative.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Legacy Park Multipurpose Center, Cleather Hathcock, Sr. Community Center, and Turkey Creek Clubhouse.

Candidates for Seat 5:

• Jennifer Blalock (incumbent)
• Eric Ford
