City of Gainesville presents two nights of Halloween fun at Ironwood Golf Course

The City of Gainesville Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department invites all neighbors to Ironwood Golf Course for two nights of safe, family-friendly Halloween fun.

This year’s Halloween on the Green movie night will feature the 1998 Disney film, Halloweentown.

When: 7-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22
Where: Ironwood Golf Course, 2100 NE 39th Ave.

Bring your blankets and pick your spot on the green from which to watch the flick. Food will be available for purchase from Ironwood’s concessions and on-site food trucks.

Halloween Trick-or-Treat Drive-thru

When: 6-6:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 31
Where: Ironwood Golf Course, 2100 NE 39th Ave.

Join us for contact-free candy distribution. Gainesville Fire Rescue will hand out safety packets during the event.

The events are free and open to the public. Face masks and social distancing are encouraged.
