GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Community Hospice & Palliative Care, in partnership with Sante Fe College and Assurance, invites caregivers, families, and community members to attend Caring for Those Who Cared for Us, a free educational event focused on providing tools and resources for those caring for loved ones. The event will take place on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 4:45 to 7 p.m. at the Santa Fe College Charles L. Blount Center, located at 530 W. University Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32601.

This evening program will feature interactive discussions on key topics designed to support caregivers:

Caring for the Caregiver
Advance Care Planning
Hospice vs. Palliative Care
Open Q&A Session

In addition to these important conversations, attendees will enjoy a complimentary dinner and the opportunity to connect with experts from Community Hospice & Palliative Care. Local organizations will also be at this event to speak on services and support opportunities available to patients and their caregivers.
