County Development Review Committee to consider Lugano development, Earleton dock and boathouse

The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, March 5, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the County Manager’s Office Training Room on the second floor of the County Administration Building located at 12 S.E. 1st Street downtown Gainesville.

Items for the Development Review Committee:

Lugano Traditional Neighborhood Phase 3 – This is a Final Development Plan and Plat for a 72-lot single-family residential subdivision on approximately 22.59 acres located on a portion of Tax Parcel Number 07069-000-000 at North of Archer Road and immediately west of S.W. 91st Street. Stevens Boat Dock and Boathouse – This is a Final Development Plan and Floodplain Development Permit for a proposed boat dock over 1,000 sq. ft. and boathouse on approximately 7.58 acres located on Tax Parcel Number 18537-007-000 at 9719 N.E. County Road 1469, Earleton, Florida.
