Dance Alive National Ballet welcomes new Executive Director Adrienne Stevens

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Board of Directors of Dance Alive National Ballet is delighted to announce that Adrienne Stevens has been selected as Executive Director. Adrienne Stevens, EdD, MBA is a New York–born executive whose career spans dance, medical communication, and scientific leadership. She holds a BFA in Dance from The Juilliard School; a doctorate and multiple graduate degrees in Applied Physiology and Movement Science from Columbia University; and an MBA from Walden University.

As Founder of Performing Health, Dr. Stevens advances evidence-based body awareness, nutrition, and performance education for pre-professional dancers and athletes. Her work integrates physiology, movement science, and health communication to support the next generation of performers.

Dr. Stevens serves on the boards of several community and arts organizations and has been recognized for her fundraising contributions to nonprofit initiatives, reflecting her longstanding commitment to civic engagement and cultural leadership.

She is proud to collaborate with Dance Alive National Ballet as Executive Director, supporting the company’s mission and helping propel this exceptional organization toward its next chapter of growth and impact.
