GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Electrical Training Alliance of Gainesville is a union apprenticeship that is offering the opportunity of a lifetime, a six-figure income with no student debt!

Our program gives you a job and an education completely tuition-free, while other programs give you debt and a certificate that means nothing! After our four-year apprenticeship, our graduates are given a Journeyman classification that they can take anywhere in the country and easily get a job.

We are state registered and require 8,000 hours of on-the-job training from our students, as well as 720 hours of classroom learning. In the field, our students will be earning a paycheck, starting at $19.25 an hour with no experience necessary!

Apprentices are under the direction of a qualified Journeyman wireman at all times while in the field and will receive training from the best electricians in the industry! In the classroom, they receive instruction from the highest qualified instructors in the industry who professionally specialize in the subject matter they are teaching!

With no tuition cost, no loans, no debt, and no false promises, it is a wonder that union apprenticeships like ours aren’t pushed more in high school. Our apprentices receive two pay increases each year, and our Journeymen receive one each year. In June, our Journeyman classification workers will be earning $35 an hour, and they typically receive pay raises every year. This means anyone applying to our program today may very well be making over $40 dollars an hour by the time they graduate!
