GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The 2024 Fix Them All “For the Animals” Chili Cook-off and Music Festival will be held on November 10 at Heartwood Soundstage.
What: The 2024 Fix Them All “For The Animals” Chili Cook-off & Music Festival
When: Sunday November 10, 2024, 11:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Where: Heartwood Soundstage, South Main Station, 619 S Main St, Gainesville, FL 32601
Why: To Benefit “Fix Them All” (Spay/Neuter Program)
Events:
- Chili cook off – 10 to 20 competitors in 10’ x 10’ booths
- Music – 4 45-minute acts
- Vendors – number TBD in 10’ x 10’ booths (Alachua County Animal Resources – Pet Adoptions)
- Face Painting
- Raffle
Entry Fee: $10 per person. Attendee wristband entitles each attendee to sample all chilis and cast their ballot for People’s Choice Award for Best Chili and Best Booth.
All proceeds will benefit the “Fix Them All”, low cost spay/neuter voucher program (https://www.fixthemall.org/)
Fix Them All provides access to quality low-cost spay and neuter for dogs and cats in North Central Florida. The only way to truly reduce pet overpopulation is to FIX THEM ALL.
The Festival will feature a Chili Cook-off, with area chefs competing for both Judged and People’s Choice Awards and Best in Show. All participants will vote for their favorite Chili.
Judged Awards
Blind judging will be done by a panel of 6 Celebrity Judges. 2 Referees will ensure judging is fair.
Judged awards winners will receive:
- First place $300 & Trophy
- Second place $200 & Certificate
- Third place $100 & Certificate
The Heartwood Soundstage will feature four locally famous live bands during the event, with each playing 45-minute sets with 15 minutes in between for stage change-over.
Music Starts at 11:15. Line-up includes:
- Neil Lofgren & Friends
- Michael Claytor with Jon Alexander
- Mike Boulware, Don David & Dino
- Couch Messiahs

Fix Them All is a local nonprofit working to reduce the number of unwanted animals by helping people overcome barriers to sterilize their pets. We provide affordable surgery through our low cost spay/neuter voucher program, transportation when possible, and information about the importance of fixing them all. Since 2017 more than 12,000 pets in North Central Florida have been “fixed” through our program.
