GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Throughout September, the Flying Biscuit Cafe is serving delicious Cinnamon Roll Pancakes and Bacon Jam Burger Bowls:

• For a limited time, the Flying Biscuit is offering their spin on the breakfast classic with Cinnamon Roll Pancakes! The Cinnamon Roll Pancakes are the perfect dish as we transition into fall. The dish is made with Flying Biscuit’s buttermilk pancakes – infused with cinnamon sugar and topped with sweet cream cheese frosting. 

• This year, Flying Biscuit hosted an internal battle of the bowls where locations went head-to-head to create the best bowl for September. The delicious Bacon Jam Burger Bowl from the Kingwood, Texas team was crowned the winner! The bowl comes with ‘moon dusted’ potatoes topped with a crumbled burger patty, shredded cheese, queso, homemade bacon jam, two eggs, and a drizzle of ranch and chipotle sauce.
