GAINESVILLE, Fla. – As part of Flying Biscuit Café’s monthly specials for 2024, the restaurant will offer Mint Chocolate Cheesecake Pancakes across their locations in the month of March. The minty green pancakes are the perfect sweet breakfast for everyone.  

The pancakes combine the classic mint and chocolate flavor combination, topped with sweet cream cheese, a chocolate drizzle, and whipped cream.
