GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Flying Biscuit Café is rolling out two delicious new menu items just in time for Thanksgiving, available today through the end of November. This season, Flying Biscuit is honoring classic flavors with their Turkey Hash and Sweet Potato Pancakes

• Turkey Hash – Embrace the Thanksgiving spirit with this fan favorite! The dish includes two over medium eggs topped with yellow cheddar cheese, served over ‘moon dusted’ potatoes and deliciously tender, slow-roasted turkey pot roast, and, of course, accompanied by a fluffy flying biscuit. 

If you are looking for something sweet, Flying Biscuit is also offering Sweet Potato Pancakes topped with delicious mini marshmallows! 

The Sweet Potato Pancakes’ average price is $4.99 (single), $6.99 (double), and $8.99 (triple stack) and the Turkey Hash is $14.99 – prices vary by location.
