Flying Biscuit March menu features King Cake Pancakes and Fish and Grits

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – As the weather starts to get a little warmer, Flying Biscuit Cafe is now offering two new menu items through the end of the month: King Cake Pancakes and Fish and Grits. 

Let the good times roll with Flying Biscuit’s King Cake Pancakes! These homemade banana pancakes have a hint of cinnamon and are topped with classic icing and Mardi Gras-colored sugar. The pancakes are available as a single ($4.99) or you can make it a meal with a double ($6.99) or triple stack ($8.99). 

Fish & Grits is a Flying Biscuit twist on a classic. Indulge in blackened Tilapia served on a bed of creamy dreamy white cheddar cheese grits with homemade red tomato coulis and fresh basil for $15.99.

Flying Biscuit Café is located at 4150 NW 16th Blvd in Gainesville.
