Frazer School announces big expansion plans for 2025-26 school year

Press release from The Frazer School

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Frazer School will be moving to a new location for the 2025-2026 school year and expanding the grade levels they offer. The school owners have signed a contract to lease the Peddie building located within the Santa Fe Health Park at 4300 NW 89th Blvd. The building will be renovated into a school that will house the Frazer Elementary School. The Frazer Elementary School will also be expanding, adding grades K-2 to their already existing 3rd-5th grades. The building is three stories with over 40,000 square feet of space. It is expected to house around 500 students once it is renovated.

The school previously announced that they will be purchasing the Hudson building located at 4700 NW 89th Blvd, next door to the Peddie building. The Hudson building is over 60,000 square feet and will house the Frazer Middle and High School for the 2025-2026 school year. The Hudson building is expected to house around 600 students once renovations are complete. We are very excited about the future, and we appreciate the confidence our owner James Schrader has in our school model. Mr. Schrader has secured some business partners that are allowing us to grow faster than we originally anticipated. We have received many inquires through emails and phone calls from all over the world about our school. We will be sharing more information about our future at our open houses coming up soon.
