Community Hospice & Palliative Care is hosting free virtual support and educational sessions in February:

• February 22, 2022 from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.  – Advance Care Planning: Winter Series (Virtual)

Sign up for a free Advance Care Planning virtual meeting and ensure you get the care you want. You will learn more about advance directives, advance care planning, and what goes into creating a living will and health care surrogate. You’ll also leave with helpful information to help you start the conversation with your family and health providers.

Find help and hope after experiencing the loss of a loved one at our free Understanding Grief presentation. You will learn how to identify normal grief responses, identify helpful coping skills and understand the importance of self-care in the grieving process.
