Community Hospice & Palliative Care is hosting free virtual support and educational sessions in January:
Understanding Grief (Virtual): January 6 from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Find help and hope after experiencing the loss of a loved one at our free Understanding Grief presentation. You will learn how to identify normal grief responses, identify helpful coping skills, and understand the importance of self-care in the grieving process.

Advance Care Planning Winter Series (Virtual): January 20 from 3 – 4 p.m.
Sign up for a free Advance Care Planning virtual meeting and ensure you get the care you want. You will learn more about advance directives, advance care planning, and what goes into creating a living will and health care surrogate.
