Community Hospice & Palliative Care is hosting free virtual support and educational sessions in October:

Understanding Grief – October 6th at 12 noon (Online Session)

Find help and hope after experiencing the loss of a loved one at our free Understanding Grief presentation. You will learn how to identify normal grief responses, identify helpful coping skills, and understand the importance of self-care in the grieving process. Space is limited, so please call (904) 407-7001 to register.

Advance Care Planning  – October 26th at 1 p.m. (Online Session)

Learn more about advance directives and advance care planning. Learn what goes into creating a living will and healthcare surrogate. Take away some tips on how to start the conversation with family and health providers. Email jbuller@communityhospice.com for more information.
