GFAA hosts Art Market on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 29

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Gainesville Fine Arts Association hosts MADE: an Art Market @ GFAA on Small Business Saturday, November 29, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. This event is free and open to the public and will be held at the GFAA Gallery (1314 S. Main Street).
MADE: an Art Market will feature 27 regional artists offering their work in ceramics, paintings, jewelry, handmade books, photography, comics, and more. Food will be available from Germain’s Food Truck and Soul Spice Food Truck.
A NEW special addition to this event is the Hammer Collection fundraising booth at the market selling works from Lenny Kesl, Norman Jensen, Colquitt Tanner, Jerry Coker, Phil Robinson, Charlie Williams, Kathy Wobie, and more from a collection donated by Rusty and Marie Hammer. All proceeds go to GFAA’s nonprofit programming and operations.

SAVE THE DATE – GFAA’s Annual Artist Studio Tour
May 29 – 31, 2026
The Gainesville Fine Arts Association (GFAA) Artist Studio Tour is a self-guided tour through artist studios in and around Gainesville, Florida. The event takes place on the weekend of May 29-31, 2026. The tour showcases fine art and fine craft in a broad range of media and styles.
This project is funded in part by Visit Gainesville, Alachua County, the Department of State, Division of Cultural Affairs, the Florida Council of Arts and Culture and the State of Florida, the City of Gainesville, Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department and the Community Foundation of North Central Florida.
