Gainesville Police Department Chief Tony Jones is proud to announce the following promotions.

Effective January 10, 2022:

Lieutenant Victoria Young #0645, will be promoted to the rank of Captain.

Effective January 24, 2022:

Sergeant Ariel Lugo #0411, will be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
Sergeant Ed Wilkins, Jr. #0761, will be promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
Corporal Stephanie Pridgen #0702, will be promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
Corporal Aaron Wagle #0810, will be promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
Corporal Jason Rarey #0838, will be promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
Corporal Thomas Lardner #0844, will be promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
