Gainesville Police Department Chief Tony Jones announces the following promotions, all effective March 8, 2021:

Captain Jaime Kurnick #497, shall be promoted to Chief Inspector

Lieutenant Robert Fanelli #659, shall be promoted to Captain

Sergeant Lonnie Scott, Jr. #855, shall be promoted to Lieutenant Corporal

John Koprowski #708, shall be promoted to Sergeant
