GPD seeking leads in Waldo Road hit and run fatality

GPD Traffic Homicide Investigators are actively investigating a hit and run traffic homicide that occurred on January 30, 2020 at approximately 8:15 p.m. in the area of 300 NE Waldo Rd. The victim was riding her bicycle north on Waldo Rd when she was struck by a vehicle and ultimately died from her injuries.

The victim, pictured above, has been identified as Rose M. McDonald; some may know her by her married name of Rose M. Loston or her nickname, “Granny.”

We are asking for any witnesses or persons with information about the traffic homicide to please come forward.
