High Springs officials create video to promote Walk & Roll to School Day

HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. – High Springs Firefighter/Paramedic Doug Hope and High Springs Community School Principal Jenni Roberson teamed up to deliver a light-hearted, punny video to promote Walk to School Day.

Safe Kids North Central Florida, of which High Springs Fire Department is a proud coalition member, will kick off Walk to School Day next Tuesday morning, October 7,  at High Springs Community School — with more celebrations all week long:

• After school on Tuesday, October 7: Littlewood Elementary
• Before school on Wednesday, October 8: Stephen Foster Elementary
• After school on Wednesday, October 8: Rawlings Elementary
• Before school on Friday, October 10: Norton Elementary
