Kabab House launches exciting new lunch buffet: a feast of authentic Indian fusion flavors

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Kabab House, a premier destination for authentic Indian fusion cuisine, is thrilled to announce the launch of its all-new Lunch Buffet. This exciting new offering invites Gainesville’s food lovers to experience the rich and diverse flavors of India, Pakistan, and Nepal with a wide selection of freshly prepared dishes served buffet-style.

The lunch buffet, which is available Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m., will feature an array of signature dishes that represent the essence of Kabab House’s menu. Guests can enjoy a variety of mouth-watering appetizers, traditional curries, tandoori specialties, and indulgent desserts, all prepared with the finest ingredients and spices. With vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available, there is something for everyone to savor.

The buffet will include a rotation of the fantastic flavors Kabab House has been serving up for over 25 years, including:

Signature Halal Kababs & Pakoras: Grilled to perfection, including the famous chicken tikka, seekh kebabs, samosas, and vegetable pakoras
Freshly Made Curries: From chicken tikka masala and goat korma to spicy lamb vindaloo to rajma masala, the buffet will feature plenty of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
Rice & Breads: Flavorful biryanis and freshly baked naan to complement your meal.
Salads & Sides: A variety of fresh salads, raitas, and chutneys to enhance every bite.
Desserts: End your meal with traditional Indian sweets like gulab jamun and ramalai.
