Kathy Cafazzo Photography presents $1,100 to Shakespeare Animal Fund

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – This morning, Kathy Cafazzo Photography presented a check for $1,100 to Shakespeare Animal Fund at dog-friendly One Love Cafe. Funds were raised through the 2026 Pooch Playoffs photography campaign that was held during March.

The third annual Pooch Playoffs was a fun, bracket-style competition unleashed by several dozen members of the Photography Business Institute, located around the United States. Each participant’s entry fee doubled as a donation, and Kathy Cafazzo Photography is proud to present those session fees directly to Shakespeare Animal Fund to support their efforts.

Shakespeare Animal Fund is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to paying the emergency veterinary bills for pets whose owners cannot afford treatment. 

Roulez, an affectionate Pittie mix, captured the 2026 title of Ulti-Mutt Cutie of North Central Florida. She was living in Slidell, Louisiana, when she found her forever human while she was enjoying herself on vacation. The five-year-old Roulez represented North Central Florida in the national competition, where she finished third overall.
