Lee & Associates announces sale of 108 acres in Alachua for continued agricultural production

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Lee & Associates Gainesville, LLC is pleased to announce the successful sale of approximately 108 acres located at the 19450 block of NW 94th Avenue in Alachua. The property was part of tax parcel 03990-001-000.

Dan Drotos, CCIM, SIOR and Rory Causseaux, P.E, both Principals with Lee & Associates Gainesville, LLC, represented the Seller in the transaction. Scott Arvin with Matchmaker Realty represented the Buyer, Nole Farms, LLC. The transaction successfully closed on May 21, 2026.

The Buyer intends to maintain the property’s rural character and continue its use as productive agricultural land for years to come, supporting the region’s farming heritage and long-term land stewardship.
