Little Caesars unveils newest restaurant in Alachua and announces Grand Opening date

ALACHUA, Fla. – Little Caesars® today announced the official opening of its newest restaurant in Florida on Thursday, May 22. Located in Alachua at 16181 NW U.S. Highway 441, the new 1,340 square-foot restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. This new restaurant will generate 35 new jobs in the Alachua community.
“What began as a part-time job in college has come full circle with the opening of my first Little Caesars restaurant,” said Victor Smith, Little Caesars Florida franchisee. “This milestone represents years of hard work, passion, and trust in a brand that has always felt like family to me. I look forward to growing the Little Caesars brand, creating new opportunities, and serving even more Florida communities in the years to come.”
With the core pillars of quality, value, and convenience, Little Caesars has thousands of stores globally, with restaurants in each of the 50 U.S. states and 29 countries and territories. The new restaurant in Alachua will serve Little Caesars’ signature products, including Hot-N-Ready® pizza, Crazy Bread®, and Caesar Wings®, as well as the new Crazy Puffs ($3.99) and Slices-N-Stix ($6.99), perfect for a quick lunch, family dinner, or a late-night snack.
The grand opening celebration for this new restaurant will take place on Saturday, June 21. This free event will feature free pizza giveaways, an official ribbon-cutting ceremony, and other exciting activities for guests. Additional details about the celebration will be announced soon.
