Matheson History Museum hosts Floridiana Festival on May 9

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Matheson History Museum is hosting the annual Floridiana Festival on Saturday, May 9, and this year we’re expanding! This year, we are partnering with First Magnitude Brewing Company to hold the Festival in their Beer Garden on Saturday, May 9, from noon to 6 p.m.

Admission is FREE.

Come to First Magnitude at 1220 SE Veitch Street in Gainesville to dig through a curated lineup of vendors selling vintage Florida souvenirs, Florida kitsch, artifacts, artwork, and books – basically a treasure hunt for anyone who loves the weird, wonderful, and nostalgic side of the Sunshine State. Visitors can enjoy specially branded Floridiana Festival beer and swag. The festival will also include food trucks and live music. There is something for everyone!
