Press release from University of Florida

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – As we enter the third year of the Win Phillips Town-Gown Relations Award, we celebrate not only partnerships between the University of Florida and the Greater Gainesville area, but also honor the extraordinary legacy of the award’s namesake, Dr. Win Phillips. This year’s award holds special meaning, as it is the first since Dr. Phillips’ passing—a visionary leader whose efforts bridged the gap between our campus and community, creating lasting impact.
