November 3 Alachua County Development Review Committee Meeting

ALACHUA COUNTY, Fla. – The Alachua County Development Review Committee will meet on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at the Alachua County Administration Building (12 S.E. 1st Street, Gainesville). This meeting begins at 1:30 p.m. Masks for vulnerable citizens are strongly recommended.

The Committee will take public comment in person only. The public may view the meeting on the County’s Video on Demand website. The meeting will not be available on Cox Cable Channel 12.

Items for the Development Review Committee Meeting:

Rim Group Home  This is a Variance to reduce the front building setback to allow for installation of an ADA ramp for a group home on approximately 0.84 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Number 16963-000-000 at 16420 N.E. County Road 1475. Staff Report and Back-up Materials  

Lugano Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) – Phase 4 – This is a Final Development Plan and Plat to construct 68 single family lots and 1,000 sq. ft. of non-residential on approximately 15.26 acres. It is located on a portion of Tax Parcel Number 07069-000-000 at 9304 S.W. Archer Road. Staff Report and Back-up Materials

Newberry Park Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) – Block 3 – Aldi – This is a Final Development Plan to construct an approximately 21,000 sq. ft. grocery store and two retail buildings totaling 1,700 sq. ft. each with associated infrastructure on approximately 1.52 acres. It is located on Tax Parcel Numbers 04322-003-001 04322-002-001, and a portion of 04322-001-000 in the 12000 block of W. Newberry Road. Staff Report and Back-up Materials
