Palms Medical Group offers free sports physicals to student athletes

HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. – Parents with children who play sports can rest assured this summer, as Palms Medical Group is offering free sports physicals at all locations for young athletes in the community. These physicals may be completed any time during operating hours throughout June and July 2025.

Our locations can be found in the following communities: Bell, Branford, Chiefland, Fleming Island, Gainesville, High Springs, Lake City (2), Live Oak, Orange Park*, Starke, Trenton, and Williston.
