Palms Medical Group thanks patients during Patient Appreciation Week

Press release from Palms Medical Group
HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. – February 1-7, 2026, is nationally coined as Patient Appreciation Week. Palms Medical Group is taking an opportunity this week to thank our patients – past and present – who have trusted our organization with their care.
In 2025 alone, Palms had the honor of serving more than 73,000 patients in 13 offices across seven North Central Florida counties: Alachua, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Gilchrist, Levy, and Suwannee. Palms does not take lightly the trust our patients have in our care.
“Palms has been serving now for more than 50 years, and it’s all because of our patients,” said Bruce E. Thomas, Chief Medical Officer at Palms Medical Group. “If not for our community members who trust us with their healthcare, we wouldn’t have a mission; we wouldn’t have Palms. So, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you.”
Palms Medical Group organizes throughout the year various outreach efforts for the neighborhoods we serve, all to say thank you to our communities and our patients. From free sports physicals during June and July, to holiday food drives, health fairs, and community sponsorships, Palms continues to stay involved in our North Central Florida communities.
