Residents have second opportunity to stock up during Disaster Preparedness Sales Tax Holiday

HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. – As we approach the peak of hurricane season, High Springs Fire Department urges residents to check their disaster kit and stock up on needed items TAX-FREE. Residents can purchase qualifying disaster preparedness supplies exempt from sales tax during the State of Florida’s second Disaster Preparedness Sales Tax Holiday, August 26-September 8.
